MogaDao Depth Sexuality
& the Erotic Basis of Being
MogaDao Depth Sexuality and the Erotic Basis of Being is an in-depth exploration of the broad concept of Eros, covering a vast range of considerations such as: queer studies, aging and sexuality, sexual politics, gender and sexual expression, sexual depth psychology, and sensual self-sovereignty and sexual energy cultivation as a form of self-empowerment and social activism. It is an entire culture of sexual acceptance and refinement, a celebration of Eros as a poetic necessity of the soul, and a call to one’s unique destiny.
All of the following practices help us maintain our sexual vitality throughout our entire lives.
MogaDao Jing Retrieval is a foundational energetic meditation that uses breathwork and esoteric locks or gates to nourish and cultivate our inmost qi—the very will to be and live. For those interested in lifting libido and embracing the ecstatic practices of MogaDao Depth Sexuality, this series is the foundation for those life-affirming arts.
Self-cultivation Practice is a calling to our Jing—our sexual essence and our destiny—to come into our present life. The practice involves a detailed Massage Protocol: one for male anatomy and one for female anatomy, which moves from a Therapeutic Phase to an Arousal Phase and finally to the potential for Ecstasy. The entire series will refund, resurrect, and circulate one’s basic stores of vital procreative energy. It is medicinal in that it tonifies our organs and stimulates our endocrine system and it is emotionally healing in that we make self-esteem and internal power by how we touch ourselves every day in this practice.
Returning Origins is the practice of the alternation between Jing Retrieval and Self-cultivation. We build arousal in stages and use that energy to exponentially increase the circulation of qi through the microcosmic orbit.
Sexual Qigong Forms were specifically created by Zhen Dao for the nourishment of sexual energy for men, women and transgender people and encourages the embodiment of archetypal energies. These include Eros Bridge Form and the Epicene Form.
Erotogenic Yoga is a series focused on Zhen Dao’s innovations of asana and breathwork (“Erotogenic Breathing”) that enliven the sensual body by strengthening key muscles that support sexual vitality, increasing blood flow to the erogenous zones, and thereby relaxing the spirit.
Sexual Anatomy is the study of the erogenous bodies of male, female and transgender people.
Sexual Relationships include studies in the explicit arts of ecstatic lovemaking for individuals of all sexual preferences. Topics include Post-Daoist perspectives on the role of the Imagination, Monogamy and Polyamory, “Perversity,” Pornography and Erotic Fantasies.
All of this work is attended to with the greatest care and respect, in an open, healing, and non-intimidating atmosphere of supreme reverence, profundity, levity, and sacredness.
